Crafted by hand in Cataluñya, from a distinctive clay that has been in demand since antiquity, potters near Breda follow a traditional two-step firing process. The end result is a rich, earthy terracotta with a lovely food-safe glaze and a versatile form for everyday use!

Please note, we do advise a 1 - 2 hour immersion in water before applying heat to your cazuela in order to "season" the dish. We provide instructions in your shipment for further information. (close)
