Ingredients:
11 oz Torta del Casar cheese
2 tbsp light cream
1 tbsp milk
5 oz brown sugar
2 tsp Villuercas honey (you may substitute other honey)
Honey and cinnamon for serving
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together, then strain into an ice-cream maker and set.
Serve on cold dishes, with a little honey drizzled over the top and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
